Hi and welcome back to the Chrissie Murphy Designs Blog. This week’s Magnified Fragment is E5. So without further ado, let’s get into it and have a look at the enhancer we’ll be using. I’ve also included links to some resources you might find helpful for this week.

This week’s Magnified Fragment Enhancer is to use Dimension.
There have been some great tangles that have been deconstructed over the years that provide magnificent dimension to a tile.
Coming to mind is Cubine by Zentangle. It looks like a collection of tunnelled holes laying across a tile. And then there’s Barberpole, it looks like a Barber’s Pole laying on a tile.
You get the idea. Use tangles this week that add dimension to your fragment.

I recommend soaking up the Zentangle work of Eri Hagiwara, CZT as well. Her dimensional Zentangle work is outstanding. Here’s a link to her Instagram profile
