Hi and welcome back to the Chrissie Murphy Designs Blog. This week’s Magnified Fragment is C13. So without further ado, let’s get into it, have a look at the enhancer we’ll be using. I’ve also included links to some resources you might find helpful for this week.

Here’s a quick sketch of what the fragment looks like as a reference for you.
This week’s Magnified Fragment Enhancer is to DuoTangle
The Zentangle Terminology page of the TanglePatterns.com website describes a DuoTangle like this:
Similar to monotangle, a duotangle is a Zentangle tile composed of two tangles.
So it’s creating a tile using only two tangle patterns. This is how we will enhance our fragments this week. I’m going to be using 1, 2, 3 O’Leary by Antonine Koval, CZT and DooDah for mine.
Some resources to help you with this week’s Magnified Fragment
I don’t think we need any resources that explain how to DuoTangle. It’s fairly self explanatory, but I do think some inspiration is called for.
Here are some wonderful examples. Check out this beautiful DuoTangle by Ann Barbro Dahl using Tipple and Diva Dance
And another beautiful DuoTangle by Asuka Odigami, CZT using Crescent Moon and Shattuck.
And one more by Dani Multaning using Anthem and Bunzo.
You get the idea, use only two Tangle Patterns as you enhance your fragment this week.
